With your message, we ask that you provide the following elements:

– Your order number (it should resemble this 111-XXXXXXX-XXXXXXX) which can be found on your “order history” page of Amazon.com.
– 3 images of the lock (please ensure that the image is focused on the numbers around the lock and are focused)
-A phone number to contact you directly.

A set of replacement keys for our customers in the US will be:
$30.00

A set of replacement keys for our customers in the UK will be:
$35.00

A replacement key can be dispatched to your mailing address in as little as 2 weeks after payment is made.
